There are so many pieces to the new home puzzle. Everything from foundations to light fixtures. What, though, about the comfort of your new homeowner/client? I’m talking about their physical comfort, you know- being warm and cozy in the winter and nice and cool on a hot summer day, all inside of their beautiful new home!
The heart of a home, after all, is the heating and cooling, or Hvac, system. Without it the home is lifeless, uninhabitable- and yet this critical element is usually overlooked and not even discussed with a new home buyer! Why do you think this is?
It may simply be that you are not familiar enough with Hvac to comfortably discuss it with your clients. If this hits close to home, have no fear, you are not alone- help is on the way!
As a Home Sales Specialist, Home Builder, or anyone who deals directly with new home owners, you have a lot to know, and that can be a challenge to say the least!
In the following weeks I will be discussing various aspects of a homes heating and cooling comfort system in a 3 part series titled “The Heart of a Home”. You will see how to better help your clients by being able to answer their questions and offer suggestions concerning their comfort.
I always welcome your questions and feedback, and look forward to offering up my services to help make you an even more valuable resource to your clients.
